The Department of Consular Affairs is responsible for issuing passports and other travel documents, the issuance of visa, the legalization of documents and, if necessary and providing assistance to Dutch nationals in difficulties.

Opening hours of the consular department

Saturday - Wednesday 09:00 - 12:00.

Please note that the Embassy recently started with an on-line appointment system for visa applications. The application of visa, issuing of passports and suchlike is only possible on appointment. For more information about making a appointment please visit:  http://riyadh.embassytools.com

Visa

Passports

Download  here the application form for a new or a replacing passport. With the filled-in application form and any supporting documents you can personally submit your application at the consular department of the embassy. As from September 2009 there is a new procedure for obtaining Dutch travel documents: please see  here.
